Why it's different
Most of the work landing in shared ChatGPT today should be done by a real platform. One that knows whose work it is, what they're allowed to touch, and where the rest of your team can find it later.
Security
Every employee's agents run in their own AWS task with their own encrypted storage and their own KMS scope. The Sales AE's agent doesn't share a runtime with the Controller's. Skills and connections are picked per agent, not handed to every chat session on the account. Bring your existing Claude or ChatGPT subscription — Roster never stores the token outside KMS.
Convenience
Native apps on iOS, macOS, Windows, and Linux. Android is next. Employees don't have to leave the app they're already in to ping their agent. Agents do work overnight and report in by morning — the runtime wakes in seconds when needed and scales back to zero when it isn't.
